Romeo and Juliet
"so shows a snowy dove trooping amongst crows as yonder lady over her fellows show".
"It seems she hangs upon the cheek of night like a rich jewel in an Ethiope's ear" "Oh she doth teach the torches to burn bright"
We were taught on the story about Romeo and Juliet. There were four characters, they wereRomeo,Juliet,Tybalt and Lord Capulet. As my register number is 31,my role will be Lord Capulet.
Capulet is the patriarch of the Capulet family, and the father of Juliet. He is very wealthy, but he is not an aristocrat; that is, it would be incorrect to refer to him as "Lord Capulet."He is sometimes commanding but also convivial, as at the ball. When Tybalt tries to incite a duel with Romeo, while at the party, Capulet tries to calm him and then threatens to throw him out of the family if he does not control his temper; he does the same to his daughter later in the play.
We were given a worksheet on Romeo and Juliet, character analysis. Then Mr Chua played a video on a scene on Romeo and Juliet. The scene is in a ballroom where Romeo sees Juliet as his true love. "so shows a snowy dove trooping amongst crows as yonder lady over her fellows show".
After school. We had our make-up lesson on literature. we were brought to the mover and shakers gallery and were given a worksheet to complete about our founding fathers.I think the activity was beneficial as not many of us know who our founding fathers are.

How merciful our god is.
Our lesson on literature was to tell the class how mercy our god is.The questions on the worksheet were: 1)A Buddhist example of mercy 2)A Christian example of God's mercy 3)A Hindu example of God's mercy 4)A Muslim example of God's mercy.
Mr Chua then asked us to think about my best friend, why was he/she my best friend, how would he/she sacrifice him/herself just to save me? He asked us to design a postcard and write down my best friend address so that he could sent it to my best friend during friendship day.
The lesson was good as each and every one of us tried our very best in doing the questions and answering them. The lesson can be improved if some of our classmate will pay attentively in class.
The lesson is relevant to Singapore as recently there was this pastor who insults the Buddhist and taoists without knowing it.The both religious leaders accepted his apologies and forgave him. This shows that they are being very merciful.
I can learnt to be merciful to my friends even my enemies, who have done something wrong.
